About Me
Hi, I Am susan lora
I am Susan Lora, a renowned personal trainer, transformation specialist, and living testament to the power of determination, faith, and unbreakable discipline.
In 1999, I legally immigrated to the United States from Peru, leaving my two young daughters, ages 4 and 8, in my mother’s care. I carried a simple but fierce dream: to build a better life for my family. For five long years, I worked tirelessly, earned my U.S. citizenship, and finally reunited with the daughters I missed every single day.
how i started my fitness journey
In late 2000, while I was training in the gym, I noticed a flyer for the Max Muscle Transformation Contest—$10,000 in cash and a Nissan Xterra on the line. There was one problem: the 12-month contest had already been running for nine months. Most people would have walked away. I saw an opportunity.
With only three months left, driven by my responsibility to provide for my family and my unshakable belief that *if I can do it, anyone can*, I committed fully—faith, discipline, and relentless effort. Against all odds, I won the entire contest, took first place, and transformed not only my body but my future.
That victory changed everything. Calls began pouring in from people across the country who had seen my before-and-after photos and wanted the same life-changing results. I answered that call by earning my personal training certifications and dedicating my career to helping others achieve what they once thought was impossible.
Today, I train clients with the same heart and fire that carried me from a hopeful immigrant to a national champion. I know firsthand the sacrifices families make, the dreams worth fighting for, and the strength that lives inside every person who decides to never give up.

If I—a single mom who crossed an ocean, spent five years apart from her children, and turned three impossible months into a life-changing victory—can do it, I promise you can too
