My name is Susan Lora. I am originally from Peru. I am 37 years old and a mother of 2 teenage girls. Living in Orange County, CA, the sun always shines and the beach is near. Reason enough for me and you to be in "bikini shape".
Like many immigrants that come to America legally, I arrived with big dreams. But dreams only come true, if you work hard and eat right. I always had weight issues. TV and advertising in magazines look fake and I never trusted commericials. Quickly I realized that I have to stop searching for excuses and have to start working on my body. I am a believer.
I saw the results in my own mirror; I heard the compliments with my own ears. No let me tell you, the pictures are real. I changed my body within 3 months. I should have done it earlier. I even felt so good, that I contacted model agencies, magazines, etc. They did not let me wait. Now I am on the cover of Muscle and Fitness magazines.
